TITG 2020 - Covid-19
Organisers of TITG 2020 are aware that people planning to attend this year’s event will be concerned as to whether or not it will go ahead in light of the current Covid-19 situation.
At present there are no plans to cancel the event. However, we are fully aware that the situation is changing rapidly from day to day and that any decision may ultimately be taken out of our hands. In the meantime we will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will take on board any advice and instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
As organisers we are optimistic and hopeful that current strategies to manage the spread of the Coronavirus will have proved successful by August and that all can gather in Aviemore at TITG 2020 as planned. A decision on whether or not the event will go ahead will be made closer to the time when the way forward is more clear.
We know you understand that we are not in control of current events and that you will continue to support Dunedin Chapter and TITG through this challenging period.
We thank you for your patience and understanding and assure you that a decision will be made by us at the very earliest opportunity.
